It is our company's policy to contact our property owners to discuss all repairs and maintenance matters - no matter how small the job may appear! Timely maintenance can save a great deal of trouble and money in the long run.
Student Accommodation properties are normally professionally cleaned in December each year - ready for the next years intake. At this time our office will also go over the inventory of the property and confirm that everything is in working order. We encourage all landlords to use this time to update furnishings as required. Student Accommodation is competitive, attractive, well maintained properties will always lease first.
