- Promotion on this high traffic website - we are the only agent to have a dedicated website for student accommodation
- Our properties are also promoted on www.domain.com.au which has proved to be one of our best form of advertising in recent months.

As well as an exciting new website www.rent.com.au. This website will be heavily promoted in the coming months, and our office is excited to be one of the first agents in the area to take advantage of the obvious website name
- Placing quality signage upon your property (with your consent). Our lime green signs can almost be seen from space !
- Arranging open houses to suit students. Our team will always escort applicants through your property (we control the inspection).
- Our most important marketing tool is our service, while January/February are extremely busy months for our office, we never forget that they are extremely stressful months for students and their families.
With this in mind our team will do everything in their power to make finding off campus accommodation an easy process.
