Our office markets your property directly to it's target market. Unless there are special circumstances, student accommodation is leased only too students.
There are a number of reasons behind this decision which include safety, security and our goal to create harmonious household.
Generally, a student will be unable to provide a rental reference. For many this will be their first time away from home. However, the rental reference they recieve from their first property will help establish a credit history for their future.
