Student Accommodation is a specialised field, one that requires constant attention. Newcastle University has always been a popular campus for both local and international students. Over the years many investors have catered for these students, providing furnished accommodation, and as a consequence many agents in Newcastle have 1 or 2 student accommodation properties on their books. Traditionally, student accommodation is seen as “too much work” or “not worth the trouble” by a lot of agents.

Apple Property Management’s Louise Shirvington saw this as an opportunity to excel. Since then, this site has been set up for students giving tips and advice on renting as well as showcasing our available properties.

By focusing on the issues that arise in shared accommodation and creating systems our office has minimal vacancies throughout the year.
