Thank you for visiting our site. This site was set up by Apple Property Management to give students the opportunity to view available properties and narrow their selection before travelling to the area. Often students prefer to pay their rent and bond up-front to secure a room before the rush in February.
Student accommodation is a great starting point for tenants leaving home for the first time as it provides an easy stepping stone. (The properties are furnished and include electricity and water costs) A tenant ledger and reference will also help a student establish a credit history for future rental properties, personal loans and of course home loans !
Our aim is to provide a healthy, clean environment for our tenants. We have established house rules (which can be viewed from this site). Our house rules have been put in place to ensure that all tenants in a shared house situation can enjoy the experience.
