Studio Apartments
Studio apartments offer tenants affordable privacy. They feature new kitchenettes and ensuites and a large living area/bedroom. Each apartment has;

Ensuite Rooms
Some properties have been renovated to provide students with a private bathroom/ensuite. These rooms have an individual lock on the bedroom door, while commom areas are available to all students i.e. kitchen, living/ dining & laundry.

Single Rooms
Our most popular (& affordable) option. All rooms feature lockable doors and share communal areas i.e. kitchen, living/ dining rooms and bathrooms.
Tenants provide their own food and they do their own cooking. The rooms are furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, study desk, desk light and desk chair.
Unfurnished Accommodation
For students who have there own furniture and household supplies, unfurnished accommodation is extremely popular. Please be aware that electricity and water costs are not included in unfurnished properties All properties require students to sign a Residential Tenancy Agreement for 9 - 12 months and pay a bond, which is equivalent to six weeks rent (for furnished properties). This bond is lodged with the Office of Fair Trading ( www.dft.nsw.gov.au ) and is not held by our office.
